Investment Grade Income Property, LP is a licensed commercial real estate brokerage providing direct-ownership real estate advisory, brokerage, and acquisition and disposition services for net lease (NNN) properties and 1031 exchange transactions. Where IGIP is not directly licensed in a given jurisdiction, transactions are conducted in cooperation with a duly licensed broker of record in that state.
Investment Grade LLC provides commercial real estate research and data, and commercial real estate capital and financing advisory services, available in 37 states. Capital and financing services are subject to applicable state requirements, lender approval, and underwriting; nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to lend or to arrange financing on any particular terms.
